These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by Oscar - Web & Business Solutions (“Oscar”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or buying our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We design and host websites and provide CRM, SEO, and related marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for a paid engagement are set out in your order, proposal, or a separate agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

Accounts

If you create an account or client portal login, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Fees, billing, and subscriptions

• Recurring services (hosting, CRM, SEO) are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless your order states otherwise, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; you authorize us to charge your payment method for the fees that apply.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or suspend services until the balance is paid.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to hold the rights to any content you give us to use, and not to use our services for anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive. You are responsible for the content you publish through our services.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our platform, software, templates, and know-how. On full payment for a project, you own the final content and assets created specifically for you, except for third-party and underlying platform components, which remain with their owners and are licensed to you to use the services. Our names and logos may not be used without permission.

Third-party services

Our services integrate third-party tools (for example Google, Meta, HighLevel, Stripe, Cloudflare). Your use of those tools may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

We work hard on results but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, which depend on many factors outside our control. The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oscar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel a recurring service as described in your order. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. On termination, unpaid fees remain due.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, unless your order states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the changes.
